Q: What is the check in process?

The check in process for each property is self check in, however the hosts are on site for any assistance required. You will receive a notification on the day of arrival at 12:00 noon with the access instructions.

Q: What are the check-out and check-in times?

Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is 10am to allow to prepare for incoming guests. For early check in or late check out, please contact us.

Q: Is there wi-fi available?

Yes, complementary Wi-Fi is in operation in all properties (subject to device compatibility)

Q: Is wood provided for the wood burner at The Shepherd's Nest?

A selection of wood, kindling and fire starters are provided during your stay. For stays more than one night, on request additional wood can be provided.
